FASHION: THESE BOOTS WERE MADE FOR WALKING!

KARM HITS THE SHOPS FOR SHOES!

Well howdy there amigos! I've got another great post by Karm, who is loving writing for you guys! So be sure to leave her a comment below!!

Waking to the suns rays creeping through my blinds each morning is at last becoming a regular pattern, but as much as I long for summer, it is indeed spring that is making its first appearance of 2014. This means one thing... That no matter how much my heart yearns to be living in flip flops, it's just too chilly (I like my toes frostbite free after all).

However, this has provided with the perfect excuse for shopping (there's always an excuse). With just 6 weeks left until I'll be spending my days roaming glorious coastlines, I have been on the hunt for some suitable footwear to compliment my new boho dresses. Behold the new meaning to booty-liscious!

My first buy began at surfer shop Roxy where I couldn't resist these gorgeous, weathered black boots. Already slightly distressed in faded black leather, they are perfect for the sand (unlike pure black materials that fade with the salt). They are detailed with light creme stitching which means they work well with summer colours and being leather, they can withstand the rain that inevitably falls when you least expect it. Plus (and it's a big plus) they are super comfty, which is handy when you switch from long beach strolls to cliff walking... Just to catch a glimpse of that huge swell on its way inland!

These cost £70 and considering their versatility to wear with pretty much any outfit, the price is fair. (I'm an UGG boot addict, anything which leaves me change from £100 is perfection!)

But of course, I couldn't survive my first holiday this year with boots in just one colour...

These little cowgirl boots are from Levis and I picked these up in the half price sale for a delightful £35! (round of applause please, that leaves me with a hefty £65 to spend at the beach, Cornish cream teas and sunset ice creams, here I come!).

They are a lovely tan brown/orange which really stand out with any outfit. For me, is is perfect for those spring days where it's a little overcast outside and you're feeling down because it's as if summer if slipping away from your grasp... They quite literally, brighten up your outfit and ooze relaxed vibes from your feet!

Whether your on the beach or wandering the festival grounds, these boots will look amazing and scream hippy chick. (with the added bonus of warm toes!). Plus the delicate cut out detailing will add a girly touch that really suits little summery dresses, the ones that gently catch in the sea breeze... Oh take me to the ocean please!

And when I'm not on the beach but have moved onto the bars with the incredible sea views... There's the heeled option!

Again, these boots are from Levis and were a little more pricey (but gorgeous) and cost £105. But aren't they just beautiful? Just imagine tasseled, wind swept hair, that floaty dress, the lightly tanned cheeks and wow... Boots to die for!

These are incredibly comfortable (although I won't be risking that heel on the sand, bar only!) and the nude suede will be matching every outfit in my spring/summer wardrobe. I just love the small leather detailing at the top, which adds a relaxed tone to a more evening style boot. I cannot wait to try these out on my coastline break, I think they will subtly dress up some of my day time beachy outfits... Which means I can transform my image in a matter of minutes (resulting in more time watching the waves than watching the inside of my hotel room!).

Finally, I will leave you with the boots that on my wish list... Just look at these! Evening boho, these boots are waiting for me!

(Levis, £130).

So what do you guys think? Can you survive with just one pair of boots on holiday? Leave us a comment below!
Peace xoxo
