| I wish this was my tattoo... but it's a little big for me! ;) |
I cannot believe it has been a whole week already since I got my tattoo! I'm still as in love with it as I was when I got them done and will continue to love them for many years to come!
Now I know people are often very sceptical when it comes to tattoos, after all, they are permanent you know! But I have been wanting a tattoo since the age of 17, that's almost 6 years my friends! Which means, I've put in a fair amount of thought into the decision to have a tattoo.
So without further ado, I give you the final masterpiece:

I love these little babies, the simple design, where they are and what they stand for. Nobody needs to have a story or meaning behind their tattoos but for me, they do stand for something. I read a quote once that has stuck with me for a long time...
"Live by the Sun, Love by the Moon" -- Anonymous
I couldn't tell you why but I felt a connection to the quote. Live by the Sun, Love by the Moon for me suggested that you should live every day to the maximum, make the most of absolutely everything. Then when the sun goes down, you should let go of your inhibitions and be free; to love a person, what you do, your life, your hopes and dreams.
Now I have a constant reminder to live my life without regret and with confidence.

Very cute! I don't have any tattoos yet but I have one in mind that I'm planning to get just waiting for the right moment.

DeleteI would love to get some sort of bird or arrow (cliche I know) but they symbolise moving forward in life for me and that is what I have had to do :)
